A Mage and The Power

Attitude towards magic in the modern society is very ambiguous – from full denial and rejection to obsession and speculation. Moreover, the true understanding of what the concept of “Magic” really means, is often lost. Yet, there is nothing in magic that cannot be explained through rational way of thinking.
Magic is the ability to cause desired change in accordance with own will and intention of a person, as well as the ability to foresee such change. To put it simply: to foresee and create future in accordance with own desires/wishes. Another “practical definition” of magic is – acquired skill to be at the right place at the right time in the right state of mind/consciousness (A. Platov).
The main practical challenge of a mage is always “own desire/wishes”. There is always a question: will manifestation of the mage’s wish harm others, will the manifestation of the wish be against the Higher Willpower, will manifestation of the wish bring unexpected life challenges in the future of the mage, does the person using magic loses something more important by manifesting this specific wish, what about the “payment” or perhaps that person should have been doing something else during that time, something more important and needed? A person who doesn’t have those kinds of questions is either ignorant, or has Higher Guidance and already an accomplished mage.
The main practical goal of a mage is the correct choice in the “technologies” that will help manifest the “desire/wish”. It is about acquiring and improving own “magic might/power”. At this point, it is very important to remember about the division of magic into ecological and non-ecological.
Magic can be ecological and non-ecological. Ecological magic uses such “technologies” and interacts with such Forces that strive to develop innate abilities of a person, allowing him or her gain long-term benefits. Namely, in ecological magic, a person is using technologies that resonate with his or her awakened powers and might. These technologies become, in their essence, external instruments of awakening, practice and evolution of the magical power of that person. In ecological magic it is extremely important to choose “technologies” that are not only build on the foundation of certain archetypical principles (ecological for any person), but also suitable for that person specifically.
Non-ecological magic is built on the foundation and use of certain “technologies” that change person’s pscyho-energetic structure to a more “advanced” level, “active” mode – yet they don’t help the person grow/evolve own magic power and might. They only use person’s life resource or make him or her dependent on the “technologies”. At the same time non-ecological magic is the same for everyone – it’s technologies do not take into account individuality of a person, received “qualities” and results are always “external”, and highly dependent on the constant use of technologies. As soon as the technology is “turned off” – all the results disappear.
Main worldview and spiritual challenge of a mage is choosing the Forces that will lead him or her in practice (that is when the choice in the color of the magic practice comes in).
There are three paths:

• Reliance on own Force
• Interaction with ecological Forces
• Interaction with non-ecological Forces.
  First, let’s define the concept of the “Force”:
  “Force” as a quality: ability to be aware/have consciousness, have control and direct events towards a certain goal in own life.
  “Force” as a valid universal phenomena: it is an energy- informational system that is able to interact with energy and willfully direct it towards a goal, brining structure to the energy in the process defined by the Force.
  If we are talking about personified Force – a human, deity, a certain egregor – then we are also talking about the quality of consciousness of that “Force”. There still could be some confusion as to the meaning of the term “Force” due to the language: the Force is also called a certain quality (manifested properties and ability to be aware, have control and direct life processes), and a carrier of that quality. Even if the “carrier” is not a being that has consciousness/awareness (“Forces of Nature”), yet we gift it with the quality of awareness subconsciously.
  Reliance on own Force – extremely important and vital element of any mage practice. It is the own Force the “governs” and acts upon explored and mastered living space of the mage. Depending on the level of development and realization (I would like to emphasize – “and realization”) of the mage’s own Force, he or she will be contacted and offered interaction with Outside Forces – that are more “powerful” than him or her, but not included in the parity agreement with weak or not strong forces.
  And unfortunately, those mages who only rely on their own Force fall into conflict and destructive relationships with the outside life. It happens because own Force works on the level of mentioned before reptile complex structures and is realized through hyper dominant, power-driven, fear of losing status and power – “way of thinking” when it comes to magic.
  If a mage relies only on own Force – then he or she should expect big problems. Namely because a mage always strives for revolutionary results from own practices. A mage often loses satisfaction from those results that he or she already has in own living space. In other words, a mage always directs oneself towards the unknown and unexplored, striving to gain a certain Place and Status. There is no “past experience” that can help with it – the leading force will be leading towards something new. Yet it cannot be own Force – own Force “works” well only in the known and mastered space.
  External leading force, can help find ways of interaction with the Forces – the guardians of the unexplored space.
  Reliance on ecological Forces – is interaction with the Forces that require development/evolution of own forces and helps develop those forces of the mage. They interact through archetypes of subconscious mind – by becoming certain portals of entrance of those Forces from their worlds into the world of a human. Due this type of “entrance” the architypes of a person start to work beyond the norm, transcendently moving to the new level of function. Yet, there are two particularities:
• A person should develop oneself (and qualities of own Force) to a certain level, from which the Force will be able to function within the person (e.g. it is impossible as well as unproductive to try installing Photoshop on the mp3 player).
• Results from working with ecological forces are not quick, they are often prolonged and a person needs to keep oneself on the highest level so self-realization all the time (“moving with the sword in the hand”) and stop demanding immediate results from the Forces.
  Ecological Forces include, as a rule, natural Forces and ancient Traditional Pantheons, however, they should correspond to a certain geno-ethical essence of the practitioner (for example for a European person it is “ecological” to interact with Scandinavian, Slavic, and even to a certain extant Turkic pantheons, but when it comes to Egyptian or African then it would be – “nonecological”).
  Reliance on non-ecological Forces – interaction with certain socially-egregorian, spiritually-nonhuman Forces, as well as geno-ethically alien Forces. Contact with those kinds of forces is quite attractive for those who are searching for Wealth, Power, Sex, Revenge – at the same time without any desire to change individually, thinking of oneself as already super-powered mage who is worthy of a special higher destiny. During the contact with nonecological Forces a person is required to pay what may seem as a small payment with the promise to receive desired results. The mage very quickly starts to receive what he or she wants and starts to trust the Force. That is when “they get him or her”.
  Nonecological Forces do not give anything with long-lasting results – whatever a mage receives from them is only a bate, that is used for the mage to let those Forces inside oneself and own world. Nonecological Forces use hidden abilities of a mage, but they don’t develop them and don’t’ allow long-term positive results, they spend a big chunk of person’s energy for themselves and their needs. At the end, those Forces take back “the bate”, or it becomes useless or even harmful. Nonecological Forces just throw a person away at a certain moment – that is when the person has to independently figure the way out from all the socially-economical and spiritually-psychological consequences of such interaction that were manifested in his or her life or through him or her.
