  Main principle: Less complicated defense is harder to break…
  The idea for the stave was inspired by the series “Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia”

  Shield and Sword 1

  Solar shield: Sowilo, Algiz, Sowilo
  Detects and destroys negative energy: Thurisaz, Tiwaz, Thurisaz
  Eihwaz-provides stability and connects defense and parrying creating a dynamic defensive mechanism.
  Sol – provides additional energy to the stave

  Shield and Sword 2

  Uruz (2) is added giving additional strength to the defensive wave and helping destroy any locks/stamps on the negative energy.

  Eihwaz is substituted with Othal for ancestry protection.
