  Rune stave “bear teeth”, the first one in the series of staves regarding interaction with the power of animal spirits or totem animals.

  Can be used without special ritual or charging the runes, yet you would need to apply it (draw) on something that belonged to a bear: teeth, fangs, claws, fur, hide/fur/pelt, bones. When the stave simply applied on natural materials (teeth, fangs, hide/fur, bones that belonged to a bear), the process invokes the spirit of a bear and activates energy defense from any harm/negative influence that you have intended in your activation text.

  During shamanic practices the stave can be used as the visual symbol/image that attracts the spirit of a bear as a spirit guide helper or mentor in healing practices. For this practice it should be applied on a root of a big living tree when the sky is clear and dry weather. The process of carving itself invokes the spirit of a bear. You also should leave offerings such as sweets and milk by the root. After that you wait for two weeks for a dream with the spirit of a bear. The interpretation of the dream helps to understand if confirmation of mentorship was given or not. In the case when you get a confirmation, you should return to the tree, take a part of the root, bark and leaves, put it all in a small bag on a string and carry it under your left armpit. You should take just a little from the tree, so carrying the bag around does not cause discomfort.

  The stave “Bear teeth” can also be used as a independent amulet, for energy/magick protection from evil/negative energy, as the stave for accumulating the power of the Earth, protectorship and well-being. The best material for carving the runes of the stave is a root of a big tree.

  Runes that are included in the stave are from Anglo Saxon Futhark: 2Beorc, 2Rad, 2Eh, 2Is, 2Aesc, 2Nied, Hagol, Wynn.

  First stave:
  Hagol, protection from outside influence, 2 Rad – revealing and brining individual path in the inner and outer space towards interaction with the guardian spirit. 2Nied – the spirit of the Bear influences surrounding environment at the time of danger. 2 Beorc runes that are perpendicular to Wynn rune, development/evolution of consciousness in the process of interaction with the Spirit of the Bear.

  Second stave:
  2 Eh – double transformation in the inner and outer space of the initiated paths 2 Rad – to discover interaction resources with the power of Earth. Is – initial energy essence of earth and matter, transforming/shifting to 2 Aesc mental and spiritual level of consciousness.
  Second stave launches the process of transformation and discovery through the experience of interaction with the power of the Earth, and launches/turns on the accumulating mechanism on the level of higher consciousness of the Mother Earth energy.
