  Runes Stave to “Quit smoking”

  Tiwaz – resistance in the fight against the bad habit
  Uruz – gives power to fight, brings health to a norm
  Laguz – softens the process of forcing and transformation of the mind/consciousness
  Thurisaz – cuts off addiction
  Hagalaz – destroys the need to smoke itself
  Wunjo – joy from getting rid of the addiction
  Laguz reversed + Hagalaz+Nauthiz = destruction of the addiction
  Eiwhaz + Dagaz + Mannaz = shift from addiction into the state of healthy lifestyle
  Laguz direct + Ansuz + Wunjo = positive attitude towards the new addiction free state

  The stave can be either applied/drawn on a sheet of paper and carried around with you, for example in a pocket or you can draw it on your shoulder of the receiving hand (and redraw if needed). After you get rid of the addiction you can destroy the medium with gratitude (or wash it off with gratitude if you draw it on yourself).
